Scope of Work Included:

• Demolition of existing on-site structures as proposed
• Site preparation, excavation, fill placement, and haul-off
• Subgrade cutting for the building pad, parking lot, sidewalks, and curbs
• Installation of storm drainage, water, and sewer systems per plan
• Import of fill or road base materials as needed for building pads, parking lots, and roadways
• Concrete curbs and sidewalks
• Pavement markings and signage installation
