Founded by Donald Vallencourt, a respected business leader and community advocate, the company quickly earned a reputation for integrity, excellence, and deep local roots.
What started as a focused operation specializing in stripping, grading, and paving soon became the foundation for something greater. Our commitment to “flat work” excellence established an impeccable record that set us apart in the early years.
In 1989, Vallencourt, Inc. expanded into storm drainage and underground utility installation, enabling us to become a full-service site contractor. This strategic growth allowed us to take on larger commercial development projects — and we’ve continued building on that momentum ever since.
For four decades, Donald Vallencourt’s vision and leadership shaped the company into the respected, value-driven firm it is today. In 2011, his son David Vallencourt took the reins, bringing fresh perspective while staying true to the principles that built our legacy.
Today, Vallencourt, Inc. continues to grow — expanding into public sector work, strengthening our commercial development division, and diversifying into trucking and hauling.
