Founded in 1984 by previous President and CEO Donald Vallencourt, the company quickly became known for its founder’s deep respect and involvement in both the local community and the construction industry. Donald earned a reputation as an accomplished small business owner and a dedicated philanthropist.

Vallencourt Inc.’s journey began with a smart, focused strategy: a small yet lucrative stripping, grading, and paving operation. This initial focus on “flat work” allowed us to cultivate an unblemished reputation for excellence in this specific sector of site development.

By 1989, we strategically expanded our services to include storm drainage and underground utilities. This crucial step enabled Vallencourt Inc. to offer a full spectrum of site contracting services, opening doors to larger commercial development contracts. Our established reputation for quality seamlessly transitioned with this diversification, remaining a hallmark of our work to this day.

Donald Vallencourt’s four decades of leadership shaped Vallencourt Inc. into the respected firm it is today. In 2011, his son, David Vallencourt, assumed ownership and operational leadership, guiding the company into its next chapter while upholding its core values. Today, Vallencourt Inc. continues its impressive growth, expanding into public sector work while maintaining a robust commercial development division and further diversifying into related fields such as trucking and hauling.
