Vallencourt, Inc. was selected to complete full site development for Chipotle’s Beachwalk Parcel 6 location, delivering a ready-to-build pad with complete infrastructure and surface improvements.
Scope of Work Included:

• Demolition of existing on-site features
• Site prep, excavation, fill placement, and material haul-off
• Subgrade cutting for building pad, parking lot, sidewalks, and curbs
• Import of fill and road base materials for building pad, parking lots, and roadways
• Concrete curbs and sidewalks
• Asphalt paving, pavement markings, and signage installation
• Sod installation on pond slopes

A turnkey commercial pad supporting the continued growth of the Chipotle brand in the thriving Beachwalk development.
