Vallencourt, Inc. provided complete site development services for the new Lowe’s location at Beachwalk in St. Johns County. Our work ensured the site was construction-ready with all underground utilities and surface features completed to specification.

Scope of Work Included:

• Demolition of existing on-site features
• Site preparation, excavation, fill placement, and haul-off
• Subgrade cutting for the building pad, parking lot, sidewalks, and curbs
• Installation of storm drainage, water, and sewer per approved plans
• Import and placement of road base materials
• Concrete curbing
• Asphalt paving, pavement markings, and signage installation
